Hmm...

Ok, its better animated than the other "Santa Went Crazy" vids, but thats about all you can hope for really. Every year, even when it isnt christmas, a whole bunch of people will animate this song. Everyone knows the song now, and the only difference between these flash will be the quality of the graphics that stick 100% to what the lyrics are. No extra gags are added, just more visualisations of the drunk gun-ho santa killing elves and reindeer. So yeah, thats my complaint, the songs been done to death and this definatly wont be the last version, and that this, like all versions, just sticks to the exact lyrics and animates accordingly. (Oh yeah, if you plan to finish it before christmas, why release it 1 or 2 days too early? Im pretty sure the rules said the deadline was yesterday anyway....)
On the plus side, it was well drawn for the mostpart, the sound quality wasnt bad, at least not on my cheapy speakers, but i wasnt sure how to vote humour, since it was all in the song.
Sorry if you think im too harsh, I just dont like watching repetition of things too much, like "Mad World" for a sad flash or this whole story of SWF's getting onto the portal that lots seem to be fascinated by at the moment....so yeah, good flash, just try something more original next time. (Im sure in my review history ive reviewed much worse versions a long time ago...)

Will do better than it deserves probably

I can see this doing better than it deserves, on the grounds you picked a popular offspring song (nothing wrong with Offspring, before you go complaining thats why I didnt vote 10, I got all the albums and stuff...) and mixed it with lots of nintendo character stuff (nowt wrong with them either) and other quick meaningless things. Some animation was a LOT better than others, such as the strange thing going on at the end, but i think you need more of a theme than just saying to animate a few seconds to the song. If the animators werent just drawing down exactly what the lyrics were (not always bad), they were doing something completly irrelevant (not always bad, like the final scene). IMO there was far to much meaningless Nintendo things going on, and too much of different styles of drawing just rocking out.
One last thing, "Watch a few scenes before voting" wouldnt asking people to watch it all before voting make more sense? I know you asked them to watch it all later on, but wouldnt it be better to ask them vote after watching it all...which I did. Maybe even a few more minutes adding some more detail to the stadium at the start would help.

all the nintendo things are by Dan Dark - and the point of this collab was to let n00bs work with great people - such as Dan Dark and also collabs arent meant to look like they fit together - its the coming together of all the diffrent styles that its about

The same fight sounds got a bit repetetive. Not sure how to rate the graphics since its 90% models, but the angry teeth on Link could be redrawn. Oh yeah, did Ganon have a starfish in his hand at one point?

Missing the point a bit...

Ok, it only took you a little while so its not meant to be a great flash, but "they take an already existing and defined character and scramble the hell out of it to "suit the modernised audience of the present"". Ok, since you havent even seen the film maybe its a bit early to be critisising it, but arent you aware this stlye of Bond is meant to be what the original Bond from the books is like? It would be the films that scrambled the hell out of an already existing and defined character.

hm, i guss you got a point... maybe the character is more like this in the books. and logically you can have an opinion like i can of mine. but i dunno, i personally, like manny fans out there, enjoyed the maintained class and elegance etc. im just disapointed by the bond all movie goers grew up with. i dunno man, just my idea :P

Loved the Style

Great Use Of Colour

Not often anymore I vote 10 for so many catagories, but this was great. Great use of colour, the weird music suited it perfectly and it definatly had style.

I liked this a lot

I liked the style of it and I liked the voices. You might get sick of people saying your trying to copy David Firth for entering the genre though, David Firth has been mentioned in reviews for my submissions more than once. Hes great, but it would be a lonely few genres if he was the only one allowed to make stuff for it.
